Little Yoga Posers (Toddler Walking to 3/4 years (Pre school))

Classes will be held by Ms. Pamela Griffins.

This age group wants to go to Treasure Island, play in the snow, swim with the dolphins, and explore the jungle! 

Little Yoga Posers incorporate as much creativity into the class as possible, making uses of story books, games and much more. This would further facilitate in their breathing, flexibility and balance.
